I am having my wooden fence posts replaced with steel posts and getting the fence power washed then stained and for this process the fence company has to take the fence down and put it back up tomorrow. Anybody know if there is a better way to do this without having to live with no fence for 1 day/night?

To answer your question, Yes there is a better way especially for security reasons! When replacing wooden fence posts with metal ones, it is important to maintain the stability of the fence throughout the process. Fence Makeovers does this by removing and replacing one post at a time, rather than taking down the entire fence. It should never be down nor should it be power washed due to the high pressure that will scar and splinter it. We prefer using a hydro caloric solution to remove the mildew, dirt and debris on the fence using 40 to 60 PSI equivalent to a garden sprayer and then staining it with an oil base stain.
